We value you as a customer and want to make sure that you enjoy our products. In case there is a problem with your order you may return the items under the following eligibility rules:
- All items are to be unworn, unwashed, unaltered or defective.
- Items that are received within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- Please request an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization number) by sending an email referencing your order number to: email@example.com
- Your RMA # will need to be placed on the shipping return label. You may also call us to request the RMA # at (661) 904-1751.
- We do recommend that you return the items via USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We will not be responsible for items that are lost in transit.

Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to two (2) billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
